Bioenergy conditioning is based on ancient knowledge about the existence of life energy, modern scientific recognition of so-called biofield, a modern approach to energy therapy, as well as biotherapists’ years of experience working with athletes. The article describes basic concepts of bioenergy approach, potential operational mechanisms, the main areas of impact on the human organism, effects of bioenergy therapy on athletes, review of biofield impact on people’s health and examples from authors’ experience. It is based on more than 15 years of author’s experience in the field of energy healing and recognition of modern science in this field, which potentially opens the door to a new way of viewing life, health, as well as athlete’s conditioning</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Model bioenergijske priprave v športu je nov in inovativen koncept, ki lahko v sodelovanju s strokovno usmerjenim procesom športnega treniranja pokriva široko področje – od priprave na trening ali tekmo, hitrejše regeneracije po naporu, dviga imunskega sistema, izboljšanja psihičnega stanja in premagovanja stresa, preventive pred poškodbami do hitrejše regeneracije po poškodbi. Bioenergijska priprava temelji na štirih stebrih: starodavnem znanju o obstoju življenjske energije, sodobnih spoznanjih znanosti o obstoju t. i. biopolja, modernem pristopu k energijski terapiji ter dolgoletnih izkušnjah bioterapevtov pri delu s športniki. V članku so predstavljeni osnovni pojmi bioenergijskega pristopa, potencialni mehanizmi delovanja, glavna področja delovanja na človeški organizem, učinki bioenergijske terapije na športnike, pregled raziskav vpliva biopolja na zdravje ljudi in primeri iz lastne prakse.
