This sort of relationship was established when a worker joined a work organisation rather than with the conclusion of an employment contract. The transition to the new concept of employment relationships entailed the gradual development of new labour legislation that reflected the economic situation in Yugoslavia at the time. In the second part, the contribution focuses on labour rights, with a particular emphasis on pension insurance, which also underwent legislative changes that did not always ensure a well-regulated situation for the pensioners. The latter was particularly pronounced in the second half of the 1980s, during the economic crisis and gradual decline of the common Yugoslav state"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Prispevek v prvem delu sledi razvoju postopnega preoblikovanja klasičnega pogodbenega delovnega razmerja v t. i. medsebojno asociativno delovno razmerje, to je razmerje delavca z drugimi delavci, samostojnimi proizvajalci. Tovrstno razmerje je nastalo z vključitvijo delavca v delovno organizacijo in ne s sklenitvijo delovne pogodbe. Prehod v nov koncept delovnih razmerij je pomenilo postopno oblikovanje nove delovnopravne zakonodaje, ki je bila odraz vsakokratnih gospodarskih razmer v Jugoslaviji. V drugem delu se prispevek osredotoča na pravice iz dela in posebno pozornost posveti pokojninskemu zavarovanju, ki je prav tako doživljalo zakonske spremembe, ki niso bile vedno zagotovilo za urejen položaj upokojencev.
