Skilled employees are valuable organisational resources and important drivers of business quality in the tourism and hospitality industry. Employing human potential and boosting its value with a requisitely holistic approach to employees development by using requisitely holistic development methods (coaching, mentoring, sponsorship, and intergenerational cooperation etc.) helps organisations create sustainable development commitments and programmes enabling and motivating employees to perform to their highest potential. The article suggests a socially responsible innovative model supporting employees' good performance, with the use of requisitely holistic development methods for their psychological well-being, that is applicable to the tourism and hospitality industry</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Članek predstavlja razvoj metod za izboljšanje uspešnosti sodelavcev v dejavnosti gostinstva in turizma. Usposobljeni sodelavci so dragoceni organizacijski viri ter pomembni dejavniki kakovosti poslovanja v gostinstvu in turizmu. Zaposlovanje človeškega potenciala in povečanje njegove vrednosti s celovitim pristopom k sodelavcem s pomočjo "zadosti in potrebno celovitih metod razvoja" (coaching, mentorstvo, sponzorstvo, in medgeneracijsko sodelovanje) pomaga organizacijam, da ustvarijo zavezo za trajnostni razvoj in oblikujejo programe, ki zaposlenim omogočajo in jih hkrati motivirajo k realizaciji njihovih najvišjih potencialov.
