It is recommended moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity, muscle-strengthening activities and gentle stretching may also be beneficial. Priporočljive so zmerno intenzivne aerobne telesne dejavnosti in vaje za moč, koristno je tudi nežno in pazljivo raztezanje mišic.
