It is recommended moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity, muscle-strengthening activities and gentle stretching may also be beneficial. Properly selected and measured physical activity is, in addition to proper nutrition and avoidance of harmful habits, the key to well-being during pregnancy, safe delivery, and the birth of a healthy child</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">V prispevku smo predstavili telesno dejavnost v obdobju nosečnosti, ki naj jo nosečnice po najnovejših priporočilih izvajajo 150 minut na teden, vsaj trikrat na teden, najbolje vsak dan (WHO, 2020; ACSM, 2020; ACOG, 2020). Priporočljive so zmerno intenzivne aerobne telesne dejavnosti in vaje za moč, koristno je tudi nežno in pazljivo raztezanje mišic.
