The data were collected using the SAGIT tracking system. The movements of players of both teams were tracked during the set and early offences as well as during fast breaks. It was established that the distance covered was statistically significantly related to the playing time. Within the set offences and within the sub-phase of the transfer of the ball to the front court, the distance covered by the guards from the Laško team was slightly greater than that of their counterparts in the Slovan team. The opposite was established for the forwards where Slovan's players covered a longer distance, particularly in the'offence completionć subphase. No significant differences were observed between the centres of both teams. The analysis of the distance covered by different player types revealed that, in the set offence and its sub-phases, the guards from both teams covered the longest distancesV študiji smo preučevali gibanje treh tipov igralcev v napadu na tekmi 1. slovenske članske košarkarske lige med ekipo KK Slovan in KK Laško. Podatke smo zbrali s sledilnim sistemom SAGIT. Gibanja igralcev obeh ekip smo sledili v postavljenih in zgodnjih napadih ter protinapadih. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da je opravljena pot statistično značilno povezana s časom igranja. Znotraj postavljenih napadov in znotraj teh v podfazi prehoda žoge v napadalno polovico je bila pot branilcev ekipe Laško nekoliko daljša od branilcev ekipe Slovan. Obratno je bilo ugotovljeno pri krilnih igralcih, kjer sta Slovanova igralca opravila daljšo pot in sicer predvsem v podfazi zaključka napada. Med centri obeh ekip ni bilo zaznati razlik.
