Analysis of some publications by dr. Boštjan M. Zupančič and his media appearances show that the described type of discourse is often hidden behind the pseudoscientific and pseudopsychoanalytic legitimacy, relying heavily on the findings of Sigmund Freud, Carl Gustav Jung and some other psychology classics. In my description pseudosocientific sexism is a complex corpus of misogynic and sexist beliefs, words and actions, treating a person, usually a feminine, scornfully and discriminatory by referring to suspicious and groundless scientific findings, at the same time denying her mental and cognitive ability, otherwise attributed exclusively to men. It is usually also rejecting equal role of women in society or their equality in profession. Such a type of sexism under the guise of scientifically sophisticated findings, especially when combined with support of media, dangerously legitimises everything that is commonly rejectable within the broad concept of sexism, i. e. widespread gender discrimination and inequality, based on a number of prejudices</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Članek analizira nekatere konkretne primere posebnega tipa seksističnega diskurza v slovenskem medijskem in javnem prostoru, ki sega onstran sicer njegovih dominantnih in pričakovanih tematizacij, povezanih z oglaševanjem ali zakoreninjenimi stereotipi o spolnih vlogah ali diskriminaciji. Analiza nekaterih javnih objav dr. Kot takšen lahko tak tip seksizma pod krinko znanstveno sofisticirane utemeljenosti, sploh v kombinaciji z medijsko promocijo, tem bolj nevarno legitimira vse, kar mu sicer očitamo: široko spolno diskriminacijo in neenakost, oprto na številne predsodke</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-E4TGDI3D"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-E4TGDI3D" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-E4TGDI3D/7fdb2-ca56d9d4d2-d7-562c696db-d94f78/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Evropski inštitut za komuniciranje in kulturo - EURICOM</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-E4TGDI3D/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-E4TGDI3D" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
