Malo Vlaško in Srbijo do Timoka. Najbolj primerna pot do novih pokrajin sta bili Sava in Ljubljanica, kjer je regulacijska dela opravljala 1736 ustanovljena navigacijska komisija. 1766 je bil s posebnim patentom urejen promet po Savi, ki je do 1776 naraščal, nato pa padal, tako da je bil 1778 ukinjen dotedanji režim plovbe.
