In addition to the development of aerobic endurance and running skills, we pursued goals related to the development of students' self-awareness in general and during exercise, skills to overcome effort, inner balance between work, exercise and rest, skills to listen to one's body and trust one's feelings. The writing instructions were given in the form of guiding questions. Assessment was based on participants' notes. The programme was long enough to allow the most of participants to achieve the objectives. The success of achieving the objectives depended mainly on the personal commitment of the participants and the quality and timely feedback of the teacher. It is possible to develop mindful movement during physical education, but with prior development of mindfulness with classical techniques"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V prispevku je predstavljen program tekaške vadbe za dijakinje od 2. do 4. letnika srednje strokovne šole, ki smo ga izvedli spomladi 2020 med poučevanjem na daljavo. Prek vzdržljivostnih vsebin v naravi smo zasledovali cilje, ki se nanašajo na mladostnikovo razvijanje zavedanja lastnega telesa nasploh in med gibanjem, veščin za premagovanje napora, notranjega občutka za ravnovesje med delom, gibanjem in počitkom, veščin poslušanja lastnega telesa ter zaupanja lastnim občutkom. Zaradi dela na daljavo so bila navodila podana pisno v obliki vodenih vprašanj, spremljanje pa je potekalo na podlagi dnevniških zapisov dijakinj. Ugotavljamo, da je program zaradi dolžine trajanja omogočil priložnosti za razvijanje zastavljenih ciljev, uspešnost doseganja ciljev pa je odvisna predvsem od osebne zavzetosti dijakinj ter kakovostnih in pravočasnih povratnih informacij učitelja.
