The proposed approach represents a general framework for implementation of transformation process and recommends the use of several generally known and verified techniques. Theprocess cycle has four main phases. The first phase involves the preparation of the environment. The second phase includes analysis of the existing process and development of a model of the new process and its information system. In the third phase, the existing organizational structure is revised. The last phase deals with the implementation of the new process"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Namen prispevka je predstavitev metode Objektni pristop k prenovi poslovanja (OPPP). Predlagani pristop predstavlja splošen okvir za odvijanje procesa prenove poslovanja in priporoča uporabo nekaterih splošno znanih in preverjenih tehnik. Posamezen procesni cikel metode OPPP ima štiri glavne faze. Prva faza je namenjena vzpostavitvi okolja, ki bo podpiralo uvajanje sprememb v poslovnem sistemu. V drugi fazi se opravi analiza obstoječega procesa, zgradi se model bodočega izvajanja procesa in zagotovi ustrezen informacijski sistem. V tretji fazi se opravi analiza obstoječe organizacijskestrukture in po potrebi izvede reorganizacija poslovnega sistema.
