Les bukve (Fagus sylvatica L.) in smreke (Picea abies) smo pod enakimi pogoji ekstrahirali z 80 % metanolno, etanolno in acetonsko vodno raztopino. Primernost topil smo ocenili s spektrofotometrično analizo vsebnosti celokupnih fenolov po Folin-Ciocalteu metodi.
