Opisane bodo prednosti in pomanjkljivosti, predvsem zato, da jih bomo znali prepoznati in upoštevati pri načrtovanju spletnega raziskovanja v šolski knjižnici. Predstavljeni bodo naslednji spletni raziskovalni pristopi: anketiranje s pomočjo e-pošte, intervju preko e-pošte, spletno anketiranje in analiza spletnih dokumentov.
