The organisational learning can be viewed from four perspectives: informational, interpretative, strategic, and behavioural. The article focuses on behavioural perspective and gives the explanation of learning as a continuous individual as well as organisational process. The analysis of basic behavioural, reflective and learning processes within individuals and organisations forms the basis of the approach for establishingorganisational learning concept. Successful organisational learning is viewed from the relationship between the the organisational and the individual learning process and gives a leverage of successful personal and organisational development to an individual, organisational member</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Povzetek. Koncept organizacijskega učenja je obsežno obravnavan v novejši literaturi s področja managementa. Literatura obravnava organizacijsko učenje s štirih vidikov: informacijskega, interpretacijskega, strateškega in vedenjskega. V članku želimo izpostaviti vedenjski vidik učenja v organizacijah in učenje obravnavati kot kontinuiran proces, ki poteka tako pri posamezniku kot v organizaciji. Z raziskovanjem temeljnih vedenjskih, miselnih in učnih procesov posameznika in organizacije smo oblikovali pristop za vzpostavljanje organizacijskega učenja.
