In order to develop better understanding of the nature of the stressor experience, a study was undertaken to explore the stressor-job satisfaction relationship using sequential tree analysis. The study included 442 primary school teachers and 191 gymnasium school teachers. Results showed that different stressor patterns were associated with different levels of satisfaction and that there are differences in structure and in patterns of stressors among teachers from different types of schools</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Pri delu učiteljev delujejo različni stresorji in povzročajo pri njih delovni stres. Zaradi stresa začne upadati delovno zadovoljstvo, kar vpliva na slabše delovne rezultate, kot so npr. delovna učinkovitost, slabša motivacija in šibkejša pripadnost organizaciji. V naši študiji nas je poleg odnosov in povezav med stresom in zadovoljstvom zanimala predvsem struktura odnosov med stresorji (kako in na kakšen način se različni delovni stresorji kombinirajo in oblikujejo vzorec) in posledice za zadovoljstvo z delom. Pri tem smo uporabili sekvenčno vejno analizo odgovorov (sequential tree analysis - SPSS Answer Tree), ki nam omogoča opis vzorca stresorjev in povezav med njimi v odnosu do različnih posledic njihovega delovanja in vizualni prikaz v drevesni obliki, kar olajša naše razumevanje in vpogled v odnos stresor - posledica. V raziskavo smo vključili 442 osnovnošolskih in 191 gimnazijskih učiteljev.
