The information system scheme was designed in the way that theconcepts can also be used in other hospitals or emergency medicine units throughout the country. Within the scope of this project the telemonitoring solution has been put to the test, namely the electronic transmission of the urgent patient data. The system for basic telemedicine services has been set up in pre-hospital settings and four different locations within the Ljubljana University Medical CenterV preteklem letu se je, ob upoštevanju predvidene celovite organizacijske, gradbene in infrastrukturne prenove Urgentnega bloka Kliničnega centra Ljubljana, izvedla analiza obstoječega stanja na področju nujne medicinske pomoči ter izdelala celovita zasnova novega informacijskega sistema nujne medicinske pomoči v Kliničnem centru Ljubljana. Zasnova informacijskega sistema je izdelana tako, da je možno konceptualne rešitve uporabiti tudi v drugih bolnišnicah oz. službah nujne medicinske pomoči v državi. V sklopu projekta se je izvedel tudi preizkus delovanja rešitve za izvajanje osnovnih storitev telemedicine - prenos informacij o nujnem bolniku v elektronski obliki.
