So far Slovenia has seen three pension reforms, starting with the first Pension and Disability Insurance Act of 1 April 1992 (ZPIZ) and followed by the Pension and Disability Insurance Act of 1 January 2000 (ZPIZ-1). All three reforms aimed to provide long-term stability of the system, resulting in changes to pension rates. The most radical changes in terms of pension rates (their reduction) were introduced by ZPIZ-1. Significant, though not as radical, were changes affecting pension rates where additional income had been paid simultaneously"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V prispevku avtor predstavi gibanje višine pokojnine od uveljavitve s 1.4.1992 prvega samostojnega in celovitega slovenskega sistema pokojninskega in invalidskega zavarovanja do danes, ko velja ZPIZ-2, ki je bil uveljavljen 1.1.2013. Ob upoštevanju, da je bil že ZPIZ reformni, prav tako ZPIZ-1, ki je bil uveljavljen 1.1.2000, smo v samostojni Sloveniji doživeli tri reforme sistema pokojninskega in invalidskega zavarovanja. Ključni razlog za vse tri reforme je bil v zagotavljanju dolgoročne stabilnosti sistema, kar je imelo za posledico poseg v višino pokojnin. Najbolj radikalne spremembe, ki vplivajo na višino pokojnine (na njihovo znižanje), so bile uvedene z ZPIZ-1.
