It deals with all the revisions relating to collective agreements, strikes, and elections to the works council, the validity of regulations and representativeness of trade unions. In addition some other disputes are being discussed. To illustrate the concept of CLD, its definition in Slovenia and in some other countries is given. Judgements of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) are important for understanding and interpretation of the Directives, including those from the field of CLD. Some judgements of that Court are being featured, which have to be respected by the Slovenian judicial practice and theory"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Bistveni del prispevka obravnava revizije v kolektivnih delovnih sporih (KDS) na Vrhovnem sodišču Republike Slovenije (VS) od 1.1.1994 dalje. Obravnavane so vse revizije v zvezi s kolektivnimi pogodbami, stavkami, volitvami v svet delavcev, veljavnostjo pravilnikov in reprezentativnostjo sindikata. Dodani so nekateri drugi spori. Za strokovno ponazoritev pojma je podana definicija KDS v Sloveniji in v nekaterih drugih državah. Sodbe Sodišča Evropske Unije (SEU) so pomembne za razumevanje in razlago Direktiv, tudi s področja KDS.
