We also evaluated the inter-examiner reliability of cervical joint position sense measurements using the test of head turning into neutral position. Methods: A total of 28 healthy participants were included. Two examiners performed the measurements of three-dimensional spinal motions and the test for cervical joint position sense. Descriptive statistics were calculated for active cervical and lumbar range of motion and relocation position error for cervical joint position sense. Mean coefficient of variation was calculated for all movements of cervical and lumbar range of motion. Correlations between all the measurements and age were estimated. Test-retest reliability was assessed using intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC). Results: The results for active cervical range of motion were comparable with the data published in the literature. Active cervical and lumbar ROM decreased with increasing age. Inter-examiner reliability of measurement of active cervical and lumbar range of motion was very high. Test-retest reliability of measurement of cervical joint position sense using the test of head turning in neutral position was poor. Conclusion: We defined normative values and confirmed inter-examiner reliability for measuring active cervical and lumbar range of motion using a system for three-dimensional analyses of spinal motion. The reliability of cervical joint position sense assessment using the protocol of head turning in neutral position was not proven"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Uvod: Pri zdravih preiskovancih smo s pomočjo naprave Zebris CMS20 izmerili vrednosti aktivnega obsega gibljivosti vratne in ledvene hrbtenice v vseh standardnih ravninah ter preverili zanesljivost teh meritev in testiranja zaznavanja položaja sklepov vratne hrbtenice po protokolu obračanja glave v nevtralni položaj. Metode: V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 28 zdravih preiskovancev. Dva preiskovalca sta na isti dan izvedla vsak po eno serijo meritev. Izračunali smo opisne statistike za aktivni obseg gibljivosti vratne in ledvene hrbtenice ter za odklon od srednjega položaja pri testiranju zaznavanja položaja sklepov vratne hrbtenice. Izračunali smo srednjo vrednost koeficienta variacije za vse gibe, korelacijo med aktivnim obsegom gibljivosti, zaznavanjem položaja sklepov in starostjo ter intraklasni korelacijski koeficient (ICC) med meritvama obeh preiskovalcev. Rezultati: Za vratno hrbtenico smo izmerili takšne vrednosti aktivnega obsega gibljivosti, ki so primerljive z vrednostmi, ki so jih izmerili v tujih raziskavah. Ugotovili smo, da se s staranjem aktivni obseg gibljivosti hrbtenice zmanjšuje in potrdili zanesljivost ponovljivosti meritev pri dveh preiskovalcih, ki sta merila aktivni obseg gibljivosti vratne in ledvene hrbtenice. Nismo pa potrdili zanesljivosti merjenja zaznavanja položaja sklepov v vratni hrbtenici po protokolu obračanja glave v nevtralni položaj. Sklep: Z našo raziskavo smo opredelili normative in potrdili zanesljivost merjenja gibljivosti vratne in ledvene hrbtenice s pomočjo merilnega sistema za tridimenzionalno analizo gibanja hrbtenice.
