According to the climatic situation in Slovenia, there are two main disadvantages: the first is that we have to heat our homes in the winter, and the second is that we need to cool them in the summer. The following single-family house project offers an innovative compromise between heat losses and solar gains not only during the course of the year but also within the day-night interval. The solution can be found in the movable shell, which innovatively resolves the problems of heat losses and overheating at the same time. The paper presents the basic idea, describes the basic structure and the composition of main structural elements, daylight analysis and calculation of energy balances"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Cilj vsake dobre nizkoenergijske varčne hiše je čim večji izkoristek solarnih dobitkov in čim manjše toplotne izgube, kar pa je glede na obsežnejše steklene površine in menjavo letnih časov težko nadzorovati. V Sloveniji se glede na klimatski položaj pojavita dve neugodnosti, saj moramo svoje domove pozimi ogrevati, poleti pa ohlajevati. Pričujoči projekt enodružinske stanovanjske hiše pomeni inovativen kompromis med toplotnimi izgubami in solarnimi dobitki ne samo med koledarskim letom, temveč že v intervalu dan-noč. Rešitev se skriva v premičnem izolativnem ovoju, ki inovativno istočasno rešuje problem toplotnih izgub in morebitnega pregrevanja.
