Most interesting playing performance indicators were selected from six consecutive Men's European Championships held in the period from year 2002 to year 2012. Data were colected on 284 matches. The SPSS software package was used for statistical data processing. The results showed that the winning teams at the European Championships perform fast game with a large number of attacks. At the same time the players are very effective by executing the shots. Despite the rapid game winners do not make a large number of technical errors. The winning teams have statistically significant higher number of assists than their opponents. In defense they blocked significantly more shots and steal significantly more balls. The winning teams also have a very efficient goalkeepers who, on average, save significantly more shots than their opponents"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Cilj preučevanja je bil analizirati razlike v nekaterih pokazateljih igralne učinkovitosti med zmagovalci, poraženci in ekipami, ki so igrale neodločeno na šestih zaporednih evropskih rokometnih prvenstvih za moške. Vzorec opazovanih igralcev so sestavljali igralci, ki so nastopali za ekipe na članskih evropskih rokometnih prvenstvih med letom 2002 in letom 2012. Podatki so bili zbrani na 284 tekmah, ki so bile odigrane na obravnavanih evropskih prvenstvih. Obdelali smo jih s pomočjo računalniškega programa SPSS 20.0. Rezultati so pokazali, da zmagovalna moštva na evropskih prvenstvih gojijo hitro igro z velikim številom napadov. Ob tem so igralci zelo učinkoviti pri strelih. Kljub hitri igri pa zmagovalci ne naredijo velikega števila tehničnih napak. Zmagovalna moštva imajo statistično značilno večje število asistenc kot njihovi nasprotniki. V obrambi blokirajo značilno več strelov in odvzamejo značilno več žog.
