The nation, however, is not the final vehicle of culture, this is man as a person. It has been tried to base and justify the rights of nations at this level. At the time of global integrations it is very important to emphasize equal respect for all national cultures because every culture expresses the mysteries of human existence. Zato je potrebno narode ne samo varovati, temveč tudi pospeševati njihov razvoj, njihovo kulturo. Narod je tvorec in nosilec kulture; on ohranja nazorna izročila in jih po svojem jeziku posreduje naprej novim rodovom. Toda narod ni njen zadnji nosilec; to je človek kot oseba. Na tej ravni smo skušali utemeljiti in opravičiti pravice narodov. Ob svetovnih integracijah je zelo pomembno poudariti eneko spoštovanje do vseh narodnih kultur, ker vsaka kultura izraža skrivnost človeškega bivanja.
