First, potential human - oriented pitfalls which can occur during process modelling and management are discussed. The core of this article is represented by description of innovative Slovenian solution (BiArtlBPM). BiArtlBPM tool serves as process execution engine, which takes process model, drawn using extended Ms Visio tool and then executes it in web environment. The flow of the process can be manually controlled using web interface also, which represent advantage over other existing tools. We 'peculate that transformation of the graphical process model directly to the execution model reduces the gap between information technology and business analysts. The tool is already used in production environment - infonnatization of the process of gas pipeline measuring devices calibration in Slovenian gas company Geoplin"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Prispevek predstavlja trenutno stanje na področju orodij in tehnik za obvladovanje poslovnih procesov. Najprej predstavimo pasti, na katere lahko naletimo, kadar se lotimo modeliranja, vpeljave in izvajanja poslovnih procesov v podjetju, pri čemer izpostavimo predvsem človeške vidike, ki lahko bistveno vplivajo na uspešnost teh aktivnosti. Pri tem predstavimo tudi inovativno slovensko rešitev za izvajanje poslovnih procesov v spletnem okolju (BiArt/BPM podjetja Eranova), ki v veliki meri upošteva te vidike. Predstavljeno orodje sprejme na vhodu grafični procesni model, ki smo ga narisali s pomočjo notacije BPMN v nadgrajenem orodju Microsoft Visio in ga izvede brez vmesnih in nepotrebnih izvedbenih jezikov. Na potek izvajanja procesa lahko tudi ročno vplivamo, s čimer procesu dodamo dinamično dimenzijo, ki je večina ostalih orodij ne upošteva. Ugotavljamo, da lahko transformacija grafičnega procesnega modela neposredno v izvajalni model zmanjša prepad med poslovnimi analitiki in informacijsko tehnologijo.
