Cross compliance will be implied in the years 2005-2007 in three steps. To avoid diminishing offinancial supports, farmers have to fulfill the demands of CC. It is expected that the need for advisory activities will be intensified. The advisers are able to give to farmers the relevant information on how to fulfill the demands of CC criteria"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Prispevek obravnava 19 smernic EU, ki vsebujejo 18 temeljnih zahtev \"Navzkrižne skladnosti\" (NS). Uvedba NS bo potekala v treh korakih v letih od 2005-2007. Da se bodo kmetovalci izognili denarnim odtegljajem, bodo morali upoštevati zahteve, ki jih vsebuje NS. Predvidoma se bo povečalo povpraševanje po svetovalnih storitvah. Svetovalec lahko kmetovalcu omogoči, da se lahko sam prepriča, v kolikšni meri njegova kmetija izpolnjuje zahteve navzkrižne skladnosti. Kmetovalcu pokaže, katere zahteve NS na kmetiji že izpolnjujejo in katere ne, pove mu tudi, kakšne sankcije bi ga doletele ob neizpolnjevanju pogojev NS.
