With the exception of two rights, they are not listed in detail in this chapter, and the law does not enact the specifics of the execution on such rights in relation to the unique characteristics of individual rights. The author deals in particular with those rights (from the view of enforcement law), regarding which there is a kind of consensus (and sometimes disensus) in the otherwise modest judicial practice and literature, that enforcement done on them is possible, and tries to define the specifics in the enforcement on individual rights, including proposals for de lege ferenda solutions.
