With the exception of two rights, they are not listed in detail in this chapter, and the law does not enact the specifics of the execution on such rights in relation to the unique characteristics of individual rights. The author deals in particular with those rights (from the view of enforcement law), regarding which there is a kind of consensus (and sometimes disensus) in the otherwise modest judicial practice and literature, that enforcement done on them is possible, and tries to define the specifics in the enforcement on individual rights, including proposals for de lege ferenda solutions. She also touches certain rights that seem to be able to be an object of enforcement, but enforcement on them is in fact not possibleAvtorica obravnava postopek dovolitve in oprave izvršbe na druge premoženjske in materialne pravice po 11. poglavju Zakona o izvršbi in zavarovanju. Razen dveh pravic le-te v tem poglavju niso podrobno naštete in zakon tudi ne določa specifik oprave izvršbe glede na posebne značilnosti posameznih pravic. Avtorica obravnava zlasti tiste pravice (z vidika izvršilnega prava), glede katerih je v sicer skromni sodni praksi in literaturi nekakšen konsenz (včasih tudi disenz), da je izvršba na njih možna, ter poskuša opredeliti posebnosti pri opravi izvršbe na posamezne te pravice, tudi s predlogi za rešitve de lege ferenda.
