Its citizen can exercise this right within occupational rehabilitation (as specified by the Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities Act), vocational rehabilitation (as specified by the Pension and Disability Insurance Act) and within the process of returning to work after serious illness or injury (as specified by the Health and Safety at Work Act). The system in Slovenia regulates procedures and providers of occupational and vocational rehabilitation. Return to work is poorly regulated, even though this group of people is the largest among the three in terms of those who are still employed. The procedures do not differ much according to the type of rehabilitation. Workplace adjustments are essential in the process of employment and return to work. The providers should have a solid knowledge of ergonomics and be familiar with the equipment and technical aids for workplace adaptation. The workplace adaptation procedures take place in work premises, so co-operation between the therapists, employers and employees is of key importance"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Pravica do dela na prilagojenem delovnem mestu je z zakonom določena za osebe z zmanjšano zmožnostjo, ki jo državljani Republike Slovenije lahko uresničujejo v postopkih zaposlitvene rehabilitacije (Zakon o zaposlitveni rehabilitaciji in zaposlovanju invalidov), poklicne rehabilitacije (Zakonu o pokojninskem in invalidskem zavarovanju) in v postopku vračanja na delo po težji bolezni ali poškodbi (Zakonu o varnosti in zdravju pri delu). Sistemsko so v Sloveniji urejeni postopki in določeni izvajalci zaposlitvene in poklicne rehabilitacije. Vračanje na delo po težji bolezni ali poškodbi je slabo urejeno, čeprav gre za številčno največjo skupino oseb, ki so še zaposlene. Postopki obravnave se vsebinsko ne razlikujejo bistveno glede na vrsto rehabilitacije. Prilagoditve delovnih mest so ključne v postopkih zaposlovanja ali vračanja na delo. Potrebno je solidno znanje izvajalcev na področju ergonomije in poznavanje opreme ter pripomočkov za prilagajanje delovnih mest.
