Extensive literature indicates a positive impact of corporate social responsibility on employees, enterprises, the national economy, and society as a whole. Certifying/awarding and public exposure of best practices/enterprises/organisations have proved to be a good way to stimulate the introduction of family-friendly policies with a gender-equality dimension. This paper presents the introduction of the "Family-Friendly Enterprise" certificate in Slovenia</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Družbena odgovornost podjetij na področju usklajevanja poklicnega in družinskega življenja ter enakosti (enakih možnosti) spolov postaja za podjetja vse bolj strateško pomembna. Obstaja obsežna literatura o pozitivnih učinkih družbene odgovornosti podjetij na zaposlene, podjetja sama, narodno gospodarstvo in celotno družbo. Certificiranje/nagrajevanje in javno izpostavljanje najboljših praktičnih primerov/podjetij/organizacij se je pokazalo kot dober način stimuliranja uvedbe družini prijaznih politik/ukrepov, ki hkrati prispevajo k enakosti spolov.
