The author limits himself to III. Chapter of the Directive containing minimum requirements for working conditions. Unlike its predecessor, the Directive also contains substantive provisions in the field of employment relations, regulates e.g. duration of probation, parallel employment, minimum predictability of work, on-demand employment contracts, transition to another form of employment, etc. In the article, each provision of III. Chapter of the Directive is briefly presented and placed in the context of ZDR-1 with an assessment of the need for its possible amendment"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Avtor v prispevku obravnava položaj držav članic EU, posebej Slovenije, pri prenosu Direktive EU 2019/1152 o preglednih in predvidljivih delovnih pogojih, ki bo nadomestila Direktivo 91/533/EGS. Avtor se omejuje zgolj na III. poglavje Direktive, ki vsebuje minimalne zahteve glede delovnih pogojev. Direktiva za razliko od svoje predhodnice vsebuje tudi materialnopravne določbe s področja delovnih razmerij, ureja npr. trajanje poskusne dobe, vzporedno zaposlitev, minimalno predvidljivost dela, pogodbe za delo na zahtevo, prehod na drugo obliko zaposlitve idr.
