Contact reliability strongly depends on the time stability of the contact resistance. Vapour released from the polymer relay parts condenses on the contacts as compact films that incrase the contact resistance. Relay parts made of four different materials (Crastin, Lexan, Ultramide, Araldite) were otugassed in high vacuum (?$1x10^{-6} mbar$?) at 135°C for 48 hours. Then the parts were incorporated into the relays and the contact resistance was measured in definite time intervals. The same was done also with the polymer parts that were not outgassed. We found out that the contact resistance directly depends on the outgassing rate of the material which determines the state of the contact surface</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Časovna stabilnost kontaktne upornosti določa kontaktno zanesljivost. Namen raziskave je bil povečati kontaktno zanesljivost kontaktov iz zlitine AgNi015, kar naj bi nadomestilo draga kontaktna gradiva na osnovi zlata. Zaradi adhezije hlapov iz polimernih relejskih sestavnih delov, ki kondenzirajo na kontaktih v obliki kompaktnih plasti, se s časom močno povečuje kontaktna upornost. V visokem vakuumu ?$(1x10^{-6$?}mbar) pri temperaturi 135°C smo 48 ur razplinjevali relejske sestavne dele štirih različnih materialov (crastrin, lexan, ultramid, araldit). Vgradili smo jih v releje in v različnih časovnih presledkih merili kontaktno upornost. Enako smo naredili tudi z releji, katerih polimernih sestavnih delov nismo razplinjevali. Ugotovili smo, da je kontaktna upornost neposredno odvisna od stopnje razplinjenja materialov.
