Upon the assessment of interpersonal competences of the former and the assessment of their communication styles in their contacts with the latter, she calculates the impact of these two factors on the cooperation and relationships between the two groups. The project included 117 workers at the centres of social work(not only social workers). The main finding is that both factors do indeedhave an impact. Interpersonal competences of criminal investigators accounted for 19.9%, and their communication styles for 8.2% of the variance of cooperation and relationships"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Prispevek govori o sodelovanju in odnosih med kriminalisti in centri za socialno delo. Avtorica namenja posebno pozornost oceni interpersonalnih kompetenc kriminalistov in oceni uporabe komunikacijskih slogov kriminalistov pri komuniciranju s predstavniki centrov za socialno delo in vplivu teh dveh dejavnikov na sodelovanje in odnose med kriminalisti in delavci centrov za socialno delo. V raziskavo, na kateri temelji empirični del prispevka, je bilo vključenih 117 delavcev centrov za socialno delo. Najpomembnejša ugotovitev je, da na sodelovanje in odnose med kriminalisti in delavci centrovza socialno delo vplivajo interpersonalne kompetence kriminalistov in uporaba njihovih komunikacijskih slogov.
