Vocational rehabilitation assessment program revealed aggravated symptoms of old brain stroke that had previously been well compensated, derailment of diabetes and further deterioration of cognitive function with pronounced fatigue. It was established that the patient's current rehabilitation potentials do not allow return to work. Prolonged vocational rehabilitation with a gradual return to work was proposed. It will include activities to improve cognitive, motor and process skills and to increase workplace stamina, workload and endurance. This will be followed by a return to the workplace with a gradual increase of time and workloads and with regular progress monitoring. In the event of insufficient work potentials, permanent work accommodations will be defined</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Petinpetdesetletni bolnik s pridruženimi kroničnimi boleznimi je bil 10 mesecev po okužbi s SARS-CoV-2 z zapleti obravnavan na Centru za poklicno rehabilitacijo URI - Soča. V primeru nezadostnih delovnih zmožnosti pa bomo predlagali ustrezne stalne delovne razbremenitve</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-9TF0X846"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-9TF0X846" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-9TF0X846/9e5260b5-399d-418b-98a4-0de143e8d8bf/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerzitetni rehabilitacijski inštitut RS – Soča</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-9TF0X846/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-9TF0X846" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
