The analysed sample contained remains of captured birds, rodents and bats as well as pellets of the young aged from ten days pnwards. The following animals were determined: Blackbird Turdus merula, Song Thrush Turdus philomelos, vole Arvicola terrestris, noctule Nyctalus noctula, and little bat Pipistrellus pipistrellus. Apart fromthe remains of feathers and hairs, yellow coverts belonging to either Greenfinch or the European Goldfinch, as well as chitinous remains of beetles and of a snail shell were found in the pelletsV obdobju od 15. 7. do 10. 8. 1995 je avtor šestkrat pobral ostanke plena in izbljuvke iz gnezda škrjančarja Falco subbuteo s tremi mladiči v bližini Lesc na Gorenjskem. Gnezditveno prebivališče je bila savska dobrava, porasla z rdečim borom Pinus sylvestris. Analizirani vzorec je vseboval ostanke uplenjenih ptic, glodalcev in netopirjev ter izbljuvke mladičev, od približno desetega dne starosti dalje. Determinirani so bili: kos Turdus merula, cikovt T. philomelos, veliki voluhar Arvicola terrestris, navadni mračnik Nyctalus noctula in mali netopir Pippistrellus pipistrellus.
