The initial section is intended for a quick review of preliminaries related to harmonic functions. After the formulation in the second section, a discussion follows, which will lead us to the introduction of the concepts of Poisson’s kernel and Poisson’s integral. We will get to know some key properties of each concept, which will provide us with an existence of the solution to the Dirichlet’s problem on the unit disk. At the end of the article, we comment on the existence and uniqueness of the solution to the problem in the wider context of the study of harmonic functionsNamen članka je formulirati, ter rešiti Dirichletov problem za enotski disk. Začetni razdelek je namenjen hitri ponovitvi osnovnega predznanja o harmoničnih funkcijah. Po formulaciji v drugem razdelku sledi diskusija, ki nas bo pripeljala do vpeljave pojmov Poissonovega jedra in Poissonovega integrala. Spoznali bomo nekaj ključnih lastnosti vsakega izmed pojmov, ki nam bodo zagotovile obstoj in omogočale zapis rešitve Dirichletovega problema na enotskem disku.
