We ran the program for twelve weeks in 2020, during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. 189 high school students from five selected Ljubljana high schools were included. The program included recommendations for a healthy lifestyle and physical activity. Ten weekly focus topics included dietary recommendations and recommendations for determining daily energy intake, recommendations for drinking adequate fluids, controlling mental stress, and night sleep and day rest. Physical activities included group and video workouts. We evaluate the implementation of the program as successful. The program has become an example of good, which can promote healthy lifestyle among youth. Due to the negative consequences caused by COVID-19 among youth, such intervention programs will have to be implemented for them systematically in the future"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Namen prispevka je predstaviti vsebinski in izvedbeni del intervencijskega programa Sem \"IN\", zdravo ŽIVIM!. Cilj programa je bil mlade med drugim valom pandemije COVID-19 spodbujati k zdravemu življenjskemu slogu in ohranjanju gibalne učinkovitosti. Program smo izvajali dvanajst tednov na petih izbranih ljubljanskih srednjih šolah. Udeležilo se ga je 189 srednješolk in srednješolcev. V prispevku bomo predstavili način izvajanja ter sredstva in organizacijo programa. Vsebinski del je vključeval deset fokusnih tem s priporočili za zdrav življenjski slog ter stopnjevane telesne dejavnosti. Fokusne teme so vključevale prehranska priporočila in priporočila za določanje dnevnega energijskega vnosa, priporočila za pitje ustreznih tekočin, nadzor psihičnega stresa ter nočnega spanja in dnevnega počitka. Stopnjevane telesne dejavnosti so vključevale ustrezne nizko in visoko intenzivne telesne dejavnosti ter telovadbo po videoposnetkih. Izvedbo programa ocenjujemo kot uspešno. Program Sem \"IN\", zdravo ŽIVIM! je postal primer dobre prakse intervencijskega programa, s katerim je mogoče mlade spodbujati k zdravemu življenjskemu slogu in ohranjanju gibalne učinkovitosti.
