There is substantially less responsibility for using hate words and chatting has in many online communities became increasingly aggressive. What is the protection of the rights of an individual in such cases, mainly due to the difficulties faced by victims with the identification of those who are offending? Can really the only measure be bigger control over the Internet content? Due to the growing tendency to regulate the Internet and attempts to abolish the Internet anonymity we can argue that also right to freedom of expression is under attackSovražna beseda, ki je širši pojem od sovražnega govora, se je še posebej razširila na svetovnem spletu, v klepetalnicah družabnih omrežij ter na novičarskih straneh. Tam je občutka odgovornosti za izrečene besede bistveno manj, klepet je v številnih spletnih skupnostih vse bolj agresiven. Kakšno je varstvo pravic posameznika v takšnih primerih, predvsem zaradi težav, ki jih ima žrtev z identifikacijo tistega, ki žali? Ali je res edini ukrep večji nadzor nad vsebino interneta?
