The purpose of this paper was to present these tools and analyze their impact on the acquisition of new users of the Fitness Center. As an experiment, we prepared an sale promotion of two-month fitness ticket at a reduced price. The advertising promotion was carried out from 23.11. to 25.11.20218 and included the creation of a landing website, advertising via e-mail and advertising on social networks. We found that the ad for sale promotion, which was sent to 8.655 e-mail addresses, was opened by 2138 recipients or 24.7% of all e-mail recipients. Of these, 233 (2.7%) of all users clicked on the web link to the landing website. We also found that the online ad on Facebook and Instagram was seen by 19127 users. Of these, 293 of Facebook users clicked on the online ad to the landing website. 52 users who clicked on ad were Instagram users. We confirmed that advertising on Facebook pays off more financially. The end result of the sale promotion was that 17 people bought a two-month ticket through the landing website. The campaign proved to be effective, so we also recommend online advertising to other sports service providers</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Sodobni pristopi spletnega oglaševanja vključujejo izdelavo pristajalne spletne strani, pošiljanje oglasov po elektronski pošti in oglaševanjena družbenih omrežjih. Namen prispevka je bil predstaviti ta sredstva in analizirati njihov učinek na pridobivanje novih uporabnikov fitnes centra. Kot eksperiment smo pripravili oglaševalsko akcijo, katere cilj je bila prodaja dvomesečne fitnes karte po znižani ceni. Oglaševalska akcija je bila izvedena od 23. do 25. 11. 20218 in je vključevala izdelavo pristajalne spletne strani, pošiljanje oglasov po elektronski pošti in oglaševanje na družbenih omrežjih. Ugotovili smo, da je oglas, ki je bil poslan na 8655 elektronskih naslovov, odprlo 2138 naslovnikov oz. 24,7 % vseh prejemnikov elektronske pošte. Od teh je na povezavo do pristajalne spletne strani kliknilo 233 ljudi oz. 2,7 % vseh. Ugotovili smo še, da je spletni oglas na Facebooku in Instagramu videlo 19.127 uporabnikov. Od tega je na spletni oglas do pristajalne spletne strani kliknilo 293 uporabnikov Facebooka in 52 uporabnikov Instagrama. To kaže, da se finančno bolj izplača oglaševanje na Facebooku. Končni rezultat oglaševalske akcije je bil, da je prek pristajalne spletne strani dvomesečno karto kupilo 17 ljudi.
