Recommendations were also published in 2015 in the Journal of Slovene Medical Society. Properly selected and prescribed physical activity during pregnancy has a favorable effect on the health of pregnant women and the fetus, and is excellent preparation for childbirth. It is recommended that pregnant women should be moderately physically active every day of the week for at least 30 minutes. Physical activity of pregnant women should follow the general principles of physical activity taking into account the physiological and anatomical characteristics of pregnant women and their individual characteristics. Appropriate forms of physical activity for pregnant women are walking and jogging, swimming and aquatic exercise, cycling, pilates and yoga, aerobics, fitness and cross-country skiing. Certain forms of physical activity need special adjustments (alpine skiing, ice skating and rollerblading, racket sports, team ball games, horseback riding and scuba diving). Persons running exercise for women during pregnancy, as well as physically active pregnant women themselves should be aware of the absolute and relative contraindications for physical activity during pregnancy and the characters in which it is necessary to immediately stop the physical activity"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V prispevku predstavljamo priporočila za telesno dejavnost nosečnic, ki so bila leta 2014 sprejeta na razširjenem strokovnem kolegiju na Ministrstvu za zdravje za ginekologijo in porodništvo ter razširjenem strokovnem kolegiju na Ministrstvu za zdravje za fizioterapijo in leta 2015 objavljena v Zdravniškem vestniku (Videmšek idr., 2015). Ustrezna telesna dejavnost v nosečnosti ugodno vpliva na zdravje nosečnice in ploda ter je odlična priprava na porod. Priporočamo, naj bodo nosečnice zmerno telesno dejavne vsak dan v tednu vsaj 30 minut. Program vadbe mora slediti splošnim načelom športne vadbe ob upoštevanju fizioloških in anatomskih značilnosti nosečnic ter individualnih posebnosti posameznih nosečnic. Primerne oblike dejavnosti za nosečnice so hoja in tek, plavanje in vadba v vodi, kolesarjenje, pilates in joga, aerobika, fitnes in tek na smučeh, pri določenih športnih zvrsteh pa so potrebne posebne prilagoditve (alpsko smučanje, drsanje in rolanje, športi z loparji, moštvene igre z žogo, jahanje in potapljanje). Vsi, ki vodijo telesno vadbo za ženske v nosečnosti ter tudi telesno dejavne nosečnice same, morajo poznati absolutne in relativne kontraindikacije za vadbo v nosečnosti in znake, pri katerih je potrebno takoj prekiniti vadbo"}],"edm:type":"TEXT","dc:type":[{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"znanstveno časopisje"},{"@xml:lang":"en","#text":"journals"},{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785"}]},"ore:Aggregation":{"@rdf:about":"http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-97EWN6KA","edm:aggregatedCHO":{"@rdf:resource":"URN:NBN:SI:doc-97EWN6KA"},"edm:isShownBy":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-97EWN6KA/981bf665-2c4e-4ef8-accd-c69f5e5cfc8c/PDF"},"edm:rights":{"@rdf:resource":"http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"},"edm:provider":"Slovenian National E-content Aggregator","edm:intermediateProvider":{"@xml:lang":"en","#text":"National and University Library of Slovenia"},"edm:dataProvider":{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Univerza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za šport"},"edm:object":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-97EWN6KA/maxi/edm"},"edm:isShownAt":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-97EWN6KA"}}}}
