In this regard, an appropriate legal framework at the international, European, and national level plays a crucial role in ensuring that the benefits of artificial intelligence in employment relationships outweigh the risks. The paper therefore highlights the risks posed by the use of artificial intelligence in employment relationships and analyses legal solutions in the national and European legal frameworks, pointing out possible shortcomings of existing legal instruments</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">V zadnjih letih različni avtorji opozarjajo na številne izzive, ki jih prinaša uporaba umetne inteligence v delovnih razmerjih, šele pred kratkim pa se je na ravni mednarodnih, evropskih in domačih institucij začelo razmišljati o tem, kako posodobiti obstoječe predpise, da bi se soočili s temi izzivi. Ustrezen in učinkovit pravni okvir na mednarodni, evropski in nacionalni ravni bo namreč igral ključno vlogo pri zagotavljanju tega, da bodo koristi umetne inteligence v delovnem razmerju odtehtale tveganja.
