The aim is to showcase the evaluation model employed in the Innovative Pedagogy 5.0 project (2023–2026), whichfocuses on developing digital competencies and fundamental computing and informatics content in educational institutions.The objectives are to clarify the distinction between needs analysis and evaluation, introduce different types of evaluations, and illustrate the specific evaluation model used in the project.This includes an explanationof themethods and instruments tailored to various target groups (teachers, principals, students, and pupils). The presented model serves as a best practice example, emphasizing the importance of systematic evaluation to ensure quality, efficiency, and sustainable development of projects in education. It combines various approaches (quantitative and qualitative) and employs different data collection methods based on the nature and timing of project activities. This evaluation model can serve as a best practice example for designing evaluation models in other related research and development projects in education</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">V prispevku navajamo primer modela spremljanja in evalvacije projektnih aktivnosti učečih se. Namen prispevka je predstaviti primer modela evalvacij v projektu Inovativna pedagogika 5.0 (2023–2026), ki vključuje razvijanje digitalnih kompetenc in temeljnih vsebin računalništva in informatike v vzgojno-izobraževalnih zavodih. Cilji prispevka so pojasniti razliko med analizo stanja in evalvacijo, predstaviti vrste evalvacij ter prikazati konkretni evalvacijski model, uporabljen v projektu, z razlago uporabljenih metod in instrumentov, prilagojenih posameznim ciljnim skupinam (učitelji, ravnatelji, učenci in dijaki). Prikazani model predstavlja primer dobre prakse, ki poudarja pomen sistematične evalvacije za zagotavljanje kakovosti, učinkovitosti in trajnostnega razvoja projektov v vzgoji in izobraževanju. V modelu se kombinirajo različni pristopi (kvantitativni in kvalitativni) ter, glede na način in čas izvajanja projektnih aktivnosti, različni zajemi podatkov.
