In the introduction, some general findings about people%s coping with earthquakes and their consequences are given. The results of the survey show that lay people feel less worried because of earthquake threat to Slovenia than experts. Regarding the perception of seismic risk to different types of buildings, for experts both the time period and the type of construction are important, as expectedČlanek prikazuje rezultate ankete o zaznavi potresne ogroženosti nasploh in ogroženosti posameznih tipov stavb posebej, opravljene med 240 gradbenimi strokovnjaki in 502 nestrokovnjakoma. V uvodu najprej predstavljamo nekaj splošnih ugotovitev o spoprijemanju ljudi s potresi in njihovimi posledicami. Nato podajamo rezultate ankete, ki kažejo, da so nestrokovnjaki manj zaskrbljeni od strokovnjakov zaradi potresne ogroženosti Slovenije.
