Three species, viz. Ceriagrion tenellum (de Villers), Anax parthenope (Selys) and Libellula fulva Mueller, are new for theinvestigated area. The records of Coenagrion ornatum (Selys), Cerdon lindenil (Selys), Cordulegaster heros Theischinger, Somatochlora flavomaculata(Vender Linden) and Orthetrum c, coerulescens (Fabricius) are also briefly commented as they deserve attention from zoogeographical or nature conservation point of view. A list of 44 dragonfly species; hereto reported from the Vipava valley with its surroundings, is compiled and an odonatological bibliography of the investigated area is presentedPodan je seznam 32 vrst kačjih pastirjev, zabeleženih na 27 najdiščih med letoma 1994 in 2000. Tri vrste, rdeči voščenec Ceriagrion tenellum (de Villers), modroriti spremljevalec Anax parthenope (Selys) in črni ploščec Libellula fulva Mueller, so nove za obravnavano območje. Na kratko so predstavljene tudi najdbe koščičnega škratca Coenagrion ornatum (Selys), prodnega paškratca Cercion lindenii (Selys), velikega studenčarja Cardulegaster herosTheischinger, pegastega lesketnika Somatochlora favomaculata (Vander Linden) in malega modrača Orthetrum c. coerulescens (Fabridus), ki zaslužijo pozornost z zoogeografskega ali naravovarstvega stališča.
