Here we focus on different options for voice rehabilitation. Its objective is to achieve the airflow and consequent vibration within the upper alimentary tract. There are three main contemporary methods - esophageal speech, electrolarynx and insertion of speech prosthesis to allow tracheo-esophageal speech. In Slovenia, esophageal speech is the method of rehabilitation used most often, whereas in Western countries the use of speech prosthesis is the most common</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Glavni cilj rehabilitacije po laringektomiji, s katero kirurško zdravimo raka grla in spodnjega dela žrela, je ponovna sposobnost tvorbe glasu in posledično govorne produkcije. V članku se osredinjamo na različne možnosti rehabilitacije, katerih bistvo je doseči kontroliran tok zraka skozi zgornja prebavila oziroma vibriranje struktur v njih. Poznamo tri glavne sodobne metode rehabilitacije: ezofagealni govor, govor z elektrolarinksom in vstavitev govorne proteze ter traheoezofagelani govor z njo. V Sloveniji se bolniki po laringektomiji najpogosteje poslužujejo ezofagealnega govora, medtem ko je v zahodnih državah najpogostejša uporaba govornih protez</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-82P7ZUJ4"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-82P7ZUJ4" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-82P7ZUJ4/58b6b6d3-1f8e-4ca6-8948-b52781ae6bb6/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerzitetni rehabilitacijski inštitut RS – Soča</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-82P7ZUJ4/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-82P7ZUJ4" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
