To facilitate planning and effective workout, the article presents the methods of strength training. For each method listed its expected effects and the basic parameters: repetition type, load, number of repetitions, rest interval, number of series and the number of times a week is reasonable to implement the method. At the end of the article for better overwiev the review of all the described methods shown in the tables</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Vadba moči je eden od načinov, da izboljšamo ali ohranjamo dosežen nivo delovanja našega telesa. Za lažje načrtovanje in učinkovitejšo vadbo so v prispevku predstavljene metode vadbe moči. Pri vsaki metodi so navedeni njeni pričakovani učinki in osnovni parametri: tip ponovitev, velikost bremena, število ponovitev, odmor, število serij in kolikokrat na teden je metodo smiselno izvajati.
