Certain methodological starting points are analysed, which have to be considered in designing a new market real-estate valuation methodology in Slovenia. Analizirali smo nekatera metodološka izhodišča, ki jih moramo upoštevati pri zasnovi nove metodologije tržnega vrednotenja nepremičnin v Sloveniji.
