It examines the requirements of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market (eIDAS Regulation) regarding electronic signing and different forms of electronic signature - \"ordinary\" electronic signature, advanced electronic signature, which may or may not be supported by a qualified certificate, and qualified electronic signature. According to the eIDAS Regulation, only the qualified electronic signature shall have the equivalent legal effect of a handwritten signature. Specific national legislation regarding electronic signatures is also discussed, with the article drawing attention to terminological discrepancies and explaining that the form of electronic signature the user should choose in order to be adequately protected depends on the nature of transaction"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Članek obravnava nekatera ključna pravna vprašanja v zvezi z elektronskim podpisovanjem. Obravnavane so zahteve Uredbe (EU) št. 910/2014 o elektronski identifikaciji in storitvah zaupanja za elektronske transakcije na notranjem trgu (Uredba eIDAS) glede elektronskega podpisovanja in različne oblike elektronskega podpisa - \"navaden\" elektronski podpis, napredni elektronski podpis, ki je lahko podprt s kvalificiranim digitalnim potrdilom ali pa ne, ter kvalificiran elektronski podpis. Slednji je po Uredbi eIDAS edini izenačen z lastnoročnim podpisom.
