It examines the thematization of non-anthropocentric orientation, clearly visible in the novel, and the fact that William Blake's compositive art is the main intertextual element of the novel. Zanima ga zlasti v romanu dobro opazna tematizacija ne-antropocentrične naravnanosti, ki se kaže v protagonistkinem razmerju do naravnega okolja in živali. Na tem utemeljuje svojo tezo, da je umetnost Williama Blakea poglavitna intertekstualna prvina tega romana.
