This covers not only work at home but also other aspects of the employment relationship. In this article, we emphasise the more active role and responsibility in ensuring and complying with the rules of safety and health at work. Due to the (un)anticipated absence of workers, the issues of inadequate remuneration of employees according to their presence at the workplace, as well as effective information by the employer, are reopening. In the future, even more attention will have to be paid to the appropriate organisation of work at home, which will take into account the scope and quality of work as well as the sociological aspects of integration into the work environment. This also includes part-time workers; the consequences are seen also in the field of precarious work. In all of this, working representatives play an important role, from whom the current state of emergency requires a mental leap and effective support for both workers and employers in implementing all organisational changes. Certain legal changes are also expected, so a knowledge of the specifics of the new reality and forecast are crucial for a constructive social dialogue"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Krizne razmere zaradi koronavirusne bolezni covid-19 so delodajalce in delavce čez noč prisilile v delo v drugačnih okoliščinah. To ne zajema zgolj dela na domu, ampak tudi druge vidike delovnega razmerja. V prispevku je opozorjeno zlasti na aktivnejšo vlogo in odgovornost pri zagotavljanju in upoštevanju pravil varnosti in zdravja na delovnem mestu. Zaradi (ne)predvidenih odsotnosti delavcev se ponovno odpirajo vprašanja neustreznega nagrajevanja delavcev glede na prisotnost na delovnem mestu in tudi učinkovitega obveščanja na strani delodajalca. V prihodnosti bo treba še več pozornosti nameniti ustrezni organizaciji dela na domu, ki bo upoštevala tako obseg in kakovost dela kakor tudi sociološke vidike vključevanja v delovno okolje. To zajema tudi delavce, ki delajo za krajši delovni čas; posledice se kažejo tudi pri t. i. prekarnem delu. Pri vsem tem imajo pomembno vlogo delavski predstavniki, od katerih trenutne krizne razmere zahtevajo miselni preskok ter učinkovito podporo tako delavcem kakor tudi delodajalcem pri izvedbi vseh organizacijskih sprememb.
