The study is based on a survey that mainly used quantitative methods to collect the primary data. The study sample consists of 482 faculty members who work in different business schools in NCR of India. Factor analysis, reliability, a t-test and Anova were used to determine the effect of organisation, family and social support on demographic variables. The findings reveal that male faculty members are better able to manage their work-life balance than their female counterparts. Family support plays an important role in times of stress. This paper will help business schools in India in updating their policies to provide better lives for their employees and ensure an improved work culture</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">V članku raziskujemo vpliv delovne organizacije, družine in družbene podpore pri usklajevanju dela in družine zaposlenih predavateljev na poslovnih šolah na ozemlju državnega glavnega mesta Indije. Kadar so najbolj obremenjeni, pomembno vlogo igra podpora družine. S člankom bomo prispevali k temu, da bi poslovne šole v Indiji posodobile svoje politike ter svojim uslužbencem omogočile boljše življenje in ohranjale boljšo delovno kulturo</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-6HK63P26"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-6HK63P26" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-6HK63P26/10d0b4e9-0867-4de0-a274-cfe63b01795f/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za družbene vede</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-6HK63P26/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-6HK63P26" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
