The latter is particularly important for a successful realisation of the take-off phase. In general, a higher take-off force potential of ski jumpers means better competitive results, which is why this ability receives considerable attention in the training process. Ski jumpers often develop their take-off power by performing imitated take-off exercises. Using a force plate, the potential of take-off power can today be measured both on a ski jump hill and in laboratory conditions. Different models of the structure of take-off power have been developed, along with different diagnostics methods. A special force plate was developed by the Faculty of Sport, enabling measurement of the impulse of take-off force with different inclinations of the take-off surface. The device enables measurement of take-off impulse perpendicularly to the surface (on the toes and the heel of the left and right foot) and parallelly to the surface (on the sides of the left and right foot). This facilitates direct comparison of the structure of the take-off impulse in the imitated take-off in laboratory conditions and on a ski jump hill. Experimental measurements, using a sample of 4 female and 3 male ski jumpers, revealed a specific structure of take-off power in two versions of imitated take-off in ski-jumping boots. In imitated take-offs with catching, the subjects achieved a comparable potential of take-off power to those recorded on a ski jump hill. However, the take-off power developed with longer take-off time (from 0.4 to 0.6 sec) compared to the ski jump hill (from 0.15 to 0.3 sec). In imitated take-off with catching, the main part of the take-off impulse represented the perpendicular component to the surface (more than 80% of the total take-off force), whereby this component developed mainly in the front part of the foot. This completely new measurement device thus enables in-depth analysis of the structure of ski jumpers’ take-off power, all of which can substantially improve the quality of their training process"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Namen pričujoče raziskovalne študije je bil prikazati možnosti diagnosticiranja potenciala specialne odrivne moči smučarjev skakalcev. Ta je še zlasti pomembna za uspešno realizacijo faze odskoka. Na splošno pomeni višji potencial odrivne sile tudi boljši tekmovalni dosežek smučarjev skakalcev, zato se namenja tej sposobnosti znatno pozornost v procesu treniranja. Pri tem pogosto skakalci razvijajo odrivno moč z imitacijskimi vajami odskoka. S tenziometrijsko ploščo se danes lahko izmeri potencial odrivne moči na skakalnici in v laboratorijskih pogojih. Razviti so različni modeli strukture odrivne moči in različne metode njenega diagnosticiranja. Na Fakulteti za šport je bila razvita specialna tenziometrijska naprava, ki omogoča meritve impulza odrivne sile pri različnih naklonih odrivne površine. Na napravi se lahko izmeri odrivni impulz v pravokotni smeri na podlago (na prstih in peti leve in desne noge) in vzporedni smeri s podlago (na strani leve in desne noge). S tem so dane možnosti neposredne primerjave strukture odrivnega impulza pri imitaciji odskoka v laboratorijskih pogojih in odrivnim impulzom pri odskoku na skakalnici. Eksperimentalne meritve na vzorcu štirih skakalk in treh skakalcev so pokazale specifično strukturo odrivne moči odskoka pri dveh različicah imitacije odskoka v skakalnih čevljih. Pri imitaciji odskoka z lovljenjem so merjenci dosegli primerljiv potencial odrivne moči s tistim na skakalnici, vendar pa je bila odrivna moč razvita pri večjem odrivnem času (od 0,4 do 0,6 sek.), kot je odrivni čas na odskočišču skakalnice (od 0,15 do 0,3 sek.). Pri imitaciji odskoka z lovljenjem je glavni del odrivnega impulza predstavljala pravokotna komponenta na podlago (več kot 80 % celotne odrivne sile), pri čemer je bila ta komponenta pretežno razvita na sprednjem delu stopala.
