Three strategic areas of the ICT application in the course development processare identified: extension and deepeningof students access to information, increased flexibility of the study delivery and integration of student`s learning experiences and knowledge. The paper outlines in detail thecourse development methodology, both from the viewpoint of the contents adnthe technological support.
